This particualr repair is the most time consuming job we do and often pushed to the back of the pile to allow modchips and other service work to be done in a timely manner. Please be patient when booking this particular repair in. Do not book it in if your are in a hurry!

Microsoft has extended the factory warranty on this problem only to THREE YEARS. If you still have your receipt & have not voided your warranty, you should phone Microsoft and enquire about the possibility of having this repaired for FREE before contacting us.
