MESSIAH 2 Pro Instructions

Booting any PS2 game - Original or backup - CD or DVD

• Switch on the PS2 to STANDBY (Red Power Light) and press EJECT to open the disc tray

• Insert the game into the disc tray and press RESET to close the tray and boot the game

Booting PS1 games (original or backup - any country) & Australian DVD movies

• Load the PS1 disc or DVD movie into the PS2 and close the drawer

• Hold the power button down till the PS2 switches STANDBY (red power light)

• Hold RESET button down for approx 1 second or until the BLUE LIGHT comes on

• For DVD movies only - if the browser screen appears select the gold disc and press X

Disabling The Messiah 2

• Insert the relevant game into the disc tray and put the PS2 to STANDBY (red power light)

• Hold REST for 5 seconds beyond the moment when the blue eject light comes on

• The game will then boot according to standard PS2 rules for the region concerned

• The Messiah 2 is disabled until it has been put back to STANDBY and booted normally

**Please note that due to differences in the quality & alignment of lazers and drives in PS2s from birth and also differences in DVD & CD burning methods and brands of blank media, it can be normal for your backups to misfire and need to be booted more than once in some instances.
